I am an insured and trained Reflexologist and Masseuse, a member of the (FHT) Federation of Holistic Therapists. I welcome clients to the relaxing environment of a treatment room within my home near Usk, Monmouthshire in South Wales.
Having a diploma in Anatomy and Physiology, along with Swedish Massage, I decided to increase my knowledge in Alternative Therapies. I now specialise in Reflexology, Indian Head Massage and similar techniques. Hot stone massage is on my training list for 2024.
Reflexology works on many levels, mentally and physical benefits are felt, as well as relaxation and a visit gives people a location to destress and step back from their busy lives.
I look forward to welcoming you and discussing treatment plans – which are customised around your needs. Reflexology is often organised on a treatment plan, but single visits are welcome, just as with massage.
I am on a training course currently, I’ll be checking messages but replies will be slower than normal. My first available appointments are currently the 10th of December.
