Where is the treatment room?

Is parking available?
Yes. There is plenty of off-road parking. Please park facing the white wall.
What is the access like?
The treatment room is on the ground floor. There is one step into the house and a ramp is available from the parking area. Please contact Fiona before booking if you would like to discuss your mobility or access requirements.
What should I do when I arrive?
If you arrive early, feel free to send a text. At your appointment time, please knock. A card on the mat will indicate if Fiona is currently with another client.
Preparing for your appointment
- Allow enough time to find the location and arrive without rushing.
- Wear comfortable, casual clothing.
- If you are having a massage, avoid white bras or tops because massage oils can stain.
Do I need to provide medical information?
Yes. Fiona will ask you to complete a client record and discuss relevant medical history. This helps identify whether a treatment should be adapted or postponed. Complementary therapies do not replace medical assessment or treatment, so please speak with an appropriate healthcare professional if you have a medical concern.
Treatments and appointment times
- Reflexology — 60 minutes: You will sit in a reclining chair with your feet supported and covered with a blanket. Clean feet are appreciated but not required. The session is adapted following a discussion of your health and preferences.
- Indian Head Massage — 30 minutes: Massage of the back, neck and head, followed by work around the forehead and temples.
- Holistic Facial — 60 minutes: Includes shoulder and neck massage, French clay selected for your skin type, a mini hand or foot massage and facial massage.
- Head-to-Toe Pamper — 75 minutes: A mini facial, 15-minute reflexology session, Indian head massage and 30-minute Swedish back, neck and shoulder massage. The combination can be adjusted to your preferences.
