Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage (RLD) is a specialist reflexology sequence developed by Sally Kay. It uses gentle, precise pressure on reflex points on the feet and is offered as a complementary wellbeing treatment. I trained with Sally Kay in March 2026 and am listed as an approved practitioner.
What is Reflexology Lymphatic Drainage?
RLD follows a particular sequence of reflexology techniques on the feet. Although its name refers to lymphatic drainage, it is not Manual Lymphatic Drainage massage and it does not involve massage of the body. You remain clothed apart from removing your shoes and socks.
What happens during an RLD appointment?
Your appointment can take place in a zero-gravity chair or on a treatment table, depending on your comfort and mobility. We begin with a consultation so I can understand relevant health information and adapt the session to you. The pressure used should feel comfortable and can be adjusted at any time.

Is RLD suitable for everyone?
People may choose RLD for relaxation and supportive wellbeing. Reflexology and RLD are complementary therapies: they do not diagnose, treat or cure medical conditions, and research into their effects is still developing. They should not replace advice or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional.
If you have lymphoedema, have had lymph nodes removed, are recovering from cancer treatment or have another complex health condition, please speak with your healthcare team before booking. I am also happy to discuss your comfort, accessibility and whether an appointment may be appropriate.

Parking and access
